Mike Deese
Senior Pastor

My name is Mike Deese, and I am the founding and Senior Pastor of Crosspointe Community Church. My wife, Felicia, and I have six adult children, two granddaughters, and we are actively involved in supporting them all around the globe. We have served our community through coaching, acting as team and class mom, serving as Roswell High School's team chaplain, and currently as chaplain at two local companies: Thrive and Hope Industrial Systems.

Prior to serving in the Roswell community, I served seven years as a senior pastor in Fort Worth, Texas. I am a native of Alabama and received my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University. I received my Masters of Divinity at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and attended Fuller Theological Seminary for studies in Church Growth and Health.

Felicia and I are happiest when we are serving and teaching―either locally or abroad; sharing adventures with our kids and grandchildren or cheering for our Auburn Tigers.

Aaron Miller
Associate Pastor

My name is Aaron Miller, and I serve as the Associate Pastor at Crosspointe Community Church. As the Associate Pastor, I have the privilege of assisting Pastor Mike in the planning of our sermon series, discipling our members, and assisting with benevolence.

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, as the youngest of six. My family and I moved to Lithonia, Georgia, in 2004. I met my wife, Stephanie, as a counselor at Camp Grace in Roberta, Georgia, in 2008, and five years later she became my wife. I attended the Atlanta School of Ministry from 2010 to 2013. During my three years at the School of Ministry, I saw God radically transform my life and change the community around me. This was where I fell in love with serving people and being used by God to change lives. Prior to serving at Crosspointe, Stephanie and I served in full-time ministry as youth pastors for six years in Northern Virginia where we also saw God do amazing things through us and for our students.

My wife and I are both huge Marvel fans and enjoy taking road trips together. I also enjoy playing the drums and in my free time love watching the TV show The Office.
